Yes, R.S. Quality Products has over 30 years of experience consulting with customers across a wide range of industries on color-coded cleaning. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

If approved, we also accept purchase orders.

Our site is PCI compliant. No credit card information is stored or used in a non-PCI compliant application or manner.

R.S. Quality Products, Inc. collects sales tax in a number of states. Please upload your tax-exempt documents using our Tax-exempt page found here. Once a team member reviews your documents your account will be updated accordingly.

We have FDA, NSF, and food safety documentation for a wide range of our products. The links to these documents can be found in the specific product page under the documentation tab. We are constantly working to keep these up-to-date and add in new documentation as it becomes available to us.

Merchandise may be returned at any time within 90 days of purchase. It must be returned prepaid and received in saleable condition. Exceptions include custom products or custom colors. These returns may be refused or subjected to a restocking fee. If the reason for your return is the result of a shipping error or product defect, a full credit will be issued.

To begin the return process go to your account, and then navigate to "My Orders". On the My Orders grid, click on the Return link associated with the order you would like to return. If there is not a return link on that order then you are outside our 90 day return policy for that order.

R. S. Quality Products does not offer any tiered pricing. We strive to offer competitive and low prices every day to every customer. The price you see on the website is the price of the item. • Our goal is WCAG 2.1 AA compliance site-wise

Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. RS Quality is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
