Introducing Sam Midkiff, RSQP's First Custom Signage Project Specialist

As so many of our customers know, shadow boards, posters, and other custom signage are essential components of a facility color-coding plan. That’s why we are thrilled to share with our customers that we now have a dedicated team member to help fulfill these orders!

As our Customer Signage Project Specialist, Sam Midkiff, works one-on-one with our customers in need of custom signage, helping with everything from the design process through order fulfillment. Sam comes to the crew with a decade of experience in customer service and most recently worked with Uline as a customer service representative. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and design, making her a perfect fit for this role.

“Sam is such a great asset on the RSQP team,” says Laura Ernst, RSQP Director of Operations. “She’s a great communicator, she’s creative, she’s organized, and she’s a delight to work with. We’re already seeing the impact of having her on board and look forward to seeing all that she does in this exciting new role for the company.”

When she’s not working, Sam enjoys exercising, painting, playing video games and spending time with her boyfriend Harrison, her dog and her two cats. She calls Allentown, Pennsylvania home.
