We’re Thrilled To Welcome Malaysha McAllister To The RSQP Team!

Our team is growing, and we are thrilled to welcome Malaysha McAllister as our newest Customer Service Specialist! 

Here at RSQP, customer service is at the heart of everything we do. As a member of our customer service team, Malaysha will be instrumental in that work. Already she is hitting the ground running and is quickly getting up-to-speed on all of our products and customers.

“Malaysha is a fast learner, takes initiative, and is not only willing to help out her fellow coworkers and the customers she works with, but she goes above and beyond each and every time,” says RSQP’s Director of Operations, Laura Ernst. “She’s a great person to be around and a wonderful addition to our team.”

Malaysha comes to RSQP with great customer service experience and most recently worked at Amazon. She shares our commitment to quality and comes to work each day with a great attitude.

When she’s not working, Malaysha enjoys spending time with her two children, Essence and Taylor. At eight and six years old, the two keep her days filled with play-doh and dinosaurs. Folks in Allentown might also find Malaysha at the local Starbucks grabbing a coffee and pup cup with her toy poodle Luci!
