Introducing The New RSQP Website!

Here at RSQP, we are always looking for ways to better support the needs of our growing customer base, and to that end, we are thrilled to introduce our brand-new website! We’ve been hard at work for over a year, working behind the scenes to make this happen—dreaming up new site functionalities, drawing up exciting designs, and exploring new ways to structure the site to make it easier for our customers to find and secure the products they need.

Here are some of our favorite new features on the site:

A QUICK ADD-TO-CART FEATURE
You can now add products to your cart—and even select things like a product color—without ever viewing a product detail page if you’d like.

ENHANCED CART FUNCTIONALITIES
It’s now easy to save and share a link or PDF of your cart with members of your team, and even allow them to take over the cart for purchasing. Additionally, you can now set up and save multiple carts—a useful tool if you are shopping for different departments and need to purchase items separately. Combining multiple carts is also a new option!

A MORE ROBUST QUICK ORDER TOOL
You can now utilize our quick order tool without needing to know a SKU number. Instead, you can search by product name, which will allow you to visually see a product before adding it to your cart. Additionally, if you know your SKUs, you can add a long list and quantity all at once to add to your cart.

AN EASY WAY TO APPLY FOR CREDIT AND TAX EXEMPTION
You can now apply for credit and tax exemption right on the site instead of needing to reach out to an RSQP team member. Instead, you can download, fill out and re-upload your application right on the site. If approved, your account will be able to make purchases on PO and/or tax-free.

A HOMEPAGE THAT CATERS TO YOU
Customers who come back to the site after a prior visit will now land on a dynamic homepage that features previously viewed products so that you can find items that interest you right away.

STREAMLINED SHADOW BOARD & CUSTOM SIGNAGE ORDER PROCESS
Ordering shadow boards and custom signage is easier than ever with our new shadow board and custom posters product pages!

IMPROVED RETURNS AND RMA PROCESS
If you need to return all or part of your order, you can now submit a Return Request. Depending on the reason, you may be provided with a return label to easily ship back, along with a simple process for tracking your return request.
