These metal detectable pens are all produced from a specially formulated material based on high impact food contact approved polypropylene. This material has the ability to be detected and rejected by typical metal detection machines used in the food processing industry… ALL parts of the pen are detectable and magnetic. The pens are ideal for ambient temperature conditions and are made up of the minimum components. The body of the pen is flexible and Shatter Proof – it will not splinter into small fragments.
