Please Join Us In Congratulating Laura Ernst, Our Newly Promoted Director Of Operations!

We are delighted to share that Laura Ernst has been promoted to the company’s Director of Operations role. 

Laura has been with RSQP for four years and, over that time, has embodied the very best of R.S. Quality Products, serving our growing customer base as a Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Specialist. Her experience through that work, attention to detail, and skillset as a team leader make her wonderfully suited to this new post.

As Director of Operations, Laura will be overseeing all of the daily operations of RSQP—from shipping and receiving all the way up to customer service and process improvement—ensuring everything is running smoothly and meets the promise of quality that we put in our company name over 30 years ago.
